Orange Force chocolate, frozen and chopped fine |

Zest of 1/2 Naval Orange |

Baking Soda |

All-Purpose flour |

Semi-Sweet Baker's Chocolate chips |

Chopped nuts (Optional) |

Pre-Heat oven to 375° F |

In a mixer on med-high speed, combine the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until light an fluffy. Add the orange zest and chopped Orange Force chocolate. Mix until all is incorporated. |

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add to the chocolate mixture. Beat until all is completely mixed. |

Add the chocolate chips and optional nuts. Mix until combined. Remove from the mixer. |

Drop by the teaspoon full on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2" apart. |

Bake 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the cookie sheet and cool on a wire rack. |
